Disabled Access
All of our surgery consulting rooms, treatment rooms and waiting areas are on ground floor level. There are disabled toilet facilities in the waiting area. Assistance dogs are permitted in our surgeries.
Car Parking
There are disabled parking spaces at our Highlands and Whiteley surgeries. Our Jubilee surgery in Titchfield has an adjacent public car park with disabled parking spaces.
Visual Support
If you need our correspondence to be provided in a large font, we can arrange for this and will record this on your medical record for all future letters. If you have other requirements, please let us know how we can help.
Hearing Support
There is a hearing loop installed in our surgery reception areas. We can also provide arrange for someone to provide sign language, given notice.
Language Support
We can arrange for interpreters to be present for your consultation if necessary. We will need notice to arrange this.
