NHS Friends and Family Test
The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience.
The FFT question asks a patient to consider if they would recommend the service they used to their friends and family, and helps us understand our patients experiences.
