Wellbeing Thursday patient drop-in – change of venue

Our Thursday Wellbeing patient drop-in has changed location to: 1st Catisfield Scout Hall, 134, Blackbrook Road, Fareham, PO15 5BY.
Our Wellbeing Team offer a variety of patient-drop in sessions. These are an opportunity to come along and chat to our Social Prescribers and Health Coaches about any non-medical issues.
The team also offer sessions for patients and carers who need support with cancer and pain management.
